At Potomac Chevy Chase Painting we focus on doing thorough and detailed surface preparation, prior to painting, to ensure the maximum duration of our paint jobs. 

So much so, that our exterior paint jobs are guaranteed for 3 years, in writing!

All exterior surfaces that are within the scope of work require pressure washing before application of finish coats so that adequate adhesion to substrates is obtained. Previously painted surfaces will be scraped and sanded clean of flaky or peeling paint, followed by the application of primer. Caulking is to be applied around windows, doors and seams, using top grade siliconized acrylic caulking to avoid premature splitting. Unlike most exterior paint companies, we clean up everything thoroughly when we're finished so that your home will look the best in your neighborhood.
