Additional Information
- Deposits are not required until the day work begins
- A detailed contract outlining the scope of all work to be performed and an approximate start and finish time
- Clean-up will be done periodically, during and after the work day
- Your flooring will be covered and protected with builder's paper and/or drop cloths
- Home furnishings will be properly moved and covered, protected and preserved using plastic and drop cloths
- We will provide proof of current insurance
Our Guarantee
Our guarantee extends to three years from date of completion against product failure. However, it will not cover human or Mother Nature damage such as wind, excessive or accidental homeowner's abuse.
You will never find small print in our contracts. There are never hidden charges or miscellaneous fees.
Also, if you present us with another contractors bid, we will consider beating it by 10%, if their bid is reasonable and their business is official.
Cancellation
Maintenance contracts are not binding and can be cancelled at any time without penalty. However, it should be renewed yearly to ensure priority service.
